Download the NovaChain app from Google Play or App Store, or visit our website. Click 'Get Started' and follow the registration process. You'll need a valid ID and phone number.
Currently, NovaChain operates primarily in Lusaka with over 200 agent locations. We're expanding to other cities soon!
You need a NovaChain account, sufficient balance or cash (at agent locations), and the recipient's details (name and phone number or account number).
Transfers & Fees
Our transfer fees start at 2% of the transfer amount. The exact fee is displayed before you confirm any transaction.
Transfers are instant! The money reaches the recipient within seconds of confirmation.
Earn 10 points for every K100 you transfer! Points are awarded instantly after each successful transaction.
Use NovaPoints to unlock achievements, reach higher levels (Silver, Gold, Platinum Chain), and get exclusive benefits like reduced fees and priority support.
